Also known as Queen Crab, Snow Crabs live on the ocean floor of the North Atlantic. From a baby crab to adulthood, they crawl the depths and live to a mature 20 years. They receive their name from the snow-white meat that has a fibrous texture but boasts similar tenderness to the King Crab. In each cluster, 5 legs and a pair of claws have a sweet-delicate flavor. Our snow crabs receive a steaming on the dock and quickly flash-frozen for your cooking convenience. Simply thaw the clusters in the fridge overnight and briefly re-steam for 5-minutes and serve with hot butter.
